The Herbert Protocol is a national scheme that encourages you or your family to put together useful information, which can then be used in the event of you going missing. Contact your local police force online or by phone to obtain the form, fill it in and keep it safe at home. This can easily and quickly be shared if you ever go missing.

You can buy medical identification jewellery to help show what your needs are if anything happens to you.

Plan for the unexpected – take snacks, SOS numbers etc.

Don’t be afraid to ask for help. Always look for a smiley face.

I always keep facemask, sanitiser etc in my pocket.

If using Google Maps, turn the lock off, to orientate it in the right direction. You must keep it flat in the palm of your hand.
