A Blue Badge is for people with a disability (including dementia), to place on the car dashboard to give parking concessions. Apply through your local council.

I always close my eyes in a train or a car, or I get overloaded.

While we’re in Covid, I’m happier in a car than on public transport, as I can still be in my own bubble.

If I’m going to drive somewhere, my hubby comes with me on a dummy run (Sat Navs do my head in!)
